The BS425 and the SS425 use a pneumatic design providing complete control over insertion pressure and speed with cycle rates of up to 120 parts per minute, depending on the feedability of your part.

BS425

For .012" to .060" x .250" to 2.00" long; round, rectangular, square, and other parts carried on a brass bandolier.  The BS425 inserts pins within .001" repeatability in computer controlled applications.  An automatic scrap chopper is optional.

SS425

For strip fed parts, the SS425 is custom engineered for single or multiple part insertion.  It will accomodate pins as small as .015" square with +/- .001" cutoff accuracy and .001" insertion repeatability in computer controlled applications.  Vacuum scrap removal or automatic scrap chopper are used where applicable.
