STRIPSERTER SEMIAUTOMATIC STRIP FED MACHINE

Benchtop, easy to move, easy to operate,    easy to change from part to part, this machine is the most cost effective solution to inserting strip fed parts.  With a Cambridge Automatic machine you gain freedom to use terminals from any supplier. Our insertion heads take advantage of the offerings from each of the vendors to provide the maximum flexibility in purchasing options.  The StripSerter is a benchtop system with automatic waste removal and semiautomatic insertion of terminals at up to 90 per minute with parts splayed and locked into place. Automatic actuation from light board pressure assures maximum throughput with operator safety.

APPLICATIONS

The StripSerter will insert components from Amp, Zierick, Autosplice, Molex, or any other manufacturer.  The Strip fed terminals which can be inserted are: Tabs, Receptacles, Posts, Quick disconnects, IDC, Right angle tabs, and Custom terminals.
