THE FLEXSERTER™ FULLY AUTOMATIC INSERTION SYSTEM The FlexSerter™ , equipped with any one of five standard interchangeable heads or a custom head, will automate your interconnect insertion process. The heads can be tooled for components from any manufacturer, enabling you to purchase the best part available. High speed, reliable, consistent insertions will eliminate your bottlenecks and quality concerns. Each system consists of an insertion head (dual head optional), a 12" x 12" servo-controlled, 10 inch per second X-Y table, programmable logic controller and touch screen operator interface, all integrated and tested with your product in our factory.
