BP10000 Bench Presses are cost-effective, air-operated machines designed to insert a wide variety of hand-fed parts and connectors. The anti-rotation air cylinder is sized to accommodate the latest high-pressure, low-impact electronic components. Consistent settings are achieved without risk of product damage. Custom fixturing allows almost any application to be two-hand safety trip compatible.

APPLICATION

BP10000 machines accommodate up to 28" x 28" flat materials with the standard 14" throat depth. Standard insertion stroke is 2". The weldment design gives users the flexibility to specify stroke and throat depths for unique applications. Hardened tool steel dies are custom designed and manufactured for pressing, roll-forming, staking, flaring or punching.
