MODEL 3718C CONTINUOUS WIRE AUTOMATIC PIN INSERTION MACHINE

The Cambridge Automatic insertion head is a self-contained, high-speed wire pin fabrication and insertion machine that automatically cleans, straightens, swages and inserts pins into any application in one continuous operation. The head can adjust for pin lengths ranging from .375" to 2.00" within a specific size of round or square wire.

Cambridge Automatic offers a complete line of positioning systems which include a highly accurate X-Y positioning table equipped with high-speed indexing, a rotary stage (optional), a control processor and a compact integrated control console designed to facilitate efficient machine operation.

APPLICATIONS

Replace expensive pre-formed pins such as Autosplice, with low-cost, continuous wire.
